Set in a quiet location away from the main town, yet only a 5 minute walk to shops, cafes etc. Mehmet was very welcoming and keen for us to make the most of Portakal and Dalyan - he is an asset to the complex. All the other staff were very, pleasant, too, especially those on the breakfast buffet (preparing and front of house). Separate garden with plenty of seating. Also just next door to the car ferry to take you to the other side of the river for the ruins and visits to Çandir etc

The location of the hotel is fantastic. You’re around a 10 minute walk into town but you have views of the dalyan river from your hotel room and pool area. The best of both worlds! Every member of staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. I was travelling alone which can be daunting especially in a new location so it made me feel so relaxed and at ease when I was welcomed by the hotel staff here. They always asked if I was okay and if there was anything they could help with which was greatly appreciated. I’m very much looking forward to returning :)

A beautiful hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. We had a family room, which was spacious & clean. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was extremely good with plenty of choice. The hotel gardens & pool area are very well maintained with comfortable seating & plenty of shade if required.

Amazing staff, so helpful and happy. Very clean everywhere. Bar man was brilliant and with good sense of humour. Pool is a good size for Hotel. Breakfast is very fresh with some variety.

Amazing location.Rooms are perfect.All furnitures are new.They have just renovated hotel and excellent design.RRooms are very big and comfy.Staff is very helpful.Owners helping you for everything.Breakfast is excellent.All area is green with lemon and orange tree.You can walk to center in 10 minutes by walking.Iztuzu beach boats are taking you in front of hotel and it is very enjoyable to go to Iztuzu beach by boat.All hotel is very hygenic and clean.Higly recommended and I will go with my family on august for a long time

Very nice hotel, perfect location close to the river , the boats and the small ferry. Very friendly staff. We were just disapointed that they close the access to the pool at 7pm while the bar next to it remains open late with loud pop music...

Friendly , helpful staff . Beautiful location, immaculate rooms and grounds . Great Turkish Breakfast . Pick up for boat taxi to turtle beach right outside and also jetty for feribot to Caunos ruins ( short 1km walk) . We came with older teenage children but also great for little ones ( separate baby pool) , very safe and secure . We loved our interconnecting family room too. Great Value for money

Great location on the river. Lovely garden to relax in, very peaceful. Lovely pool. Staff were fantastic; super helpful and accommodating and have lots of good recommendations. Very family friendly. Great breakfast everyday. We would definitely come back!
